This Small Claims guide will help you navigate through everything you need to know for Small Claims Court. Please note that Elizabethtown Town Court can only accept Small Claims up to $3000.

 

For Traffic Diversion or Traffic Reduction Program instructions, Essex County District Attorney's office can help you. Review both programs and select an option that best suits you to get started. There is a Help Desk to call for assistance in navigating the Diversion process. If you apply for the Reduction program, you will receive a plea offer. You can complete both options without having to appear in court.
