To obtain citizens’ views and comments relative to the submission of an application to Empire State Development for financial assistance under the Restore NY Communities Initiative. This project includes the rehabilitation of the historic Hale House and adjacent Law Library into five middle-income housing units by Sustainable Forest Futures. The following property will be submitted for consideration: Hale House and the Hale Law Library at 14 Lawrence Way, 7972 square feet, vacant residential property proposed for residential rehabilitation.
